The Organizational Workshop package offers a series of high level analytical marketing team workshops including training and ongoing support for marketing, sales and customer service teams. The outcome of my package is a dynamic marketing plan and reporting template. Together we will discover the teams potential and tools already available in your organization and maximize these resources without creating too much extra cost. Organizational Brainstorming and Analytical Workshop First Session Team Brainstorming and Analytical Workshop We will go over with the sales, marketing and customer service teams key thought-provoking and constructive questions to form a high-level understanding of your organization within your market. Second Session Planning & Decision Making Based on the first workshop outcome, we will return with a brief outline of a proposed future Marketing Plan with any further thought-provoking and constructive questions left to finalize the plan. Third Session Final Plan Presentation & Tracking/Reporting System Method Roll-out We will present the final Marketing Plan and reporting method. This workshop will include training on the reporting/dashboard system. Fourth Session Final workshop to tweak any adjustments This is a final session to take constructive feedback from the team and provide any support needed prior to the plan being initiated. Monthly Catch-up Reporting will be analyzed and plan tweaking will be done as seen necessary.
